Arielle Patrick is a Senior Vice President & Transaction Director on Edelman’s Financial Communications & Capital Markets team, based in New York. She is an advisor to CEOs and boards of directors of public and private companies, providing counsel on communications strategies for all stakeholder audiences (e.g. investor, regulator, employee, vendor, supplier, customer, partner, media, etc.) to protect and build corporate reputation and manage issues/crises. Arielle specializes in mergers & acquisitions, bankruptcy / restructuring, and other sensitive transactions. 

In her spare time, she sits on the Board of Advisors for tech company Solutionz Innovations; the National Advisory Council for Yellowstone National Park's foundation; the Board of Trustees of The Harbor Sciences & Arts Charter School; the Leadership Council for the Special Olympics of New York; and serves as Fundraising Chair of the Alumni Board for the Princeton Tigerlilies (acapella group).

Arielle graduated Princeton University in 2012, where she studied in the Department of Classics with a concentration on Ancient Greek and Latin language, literature and history. She completed her senior thesis, titled "The Princeps and his Publicist: Public Relations in the Neronian Empire," which explored the relationship between Roman emperor Nero and his advisor, Seneca.

She has been a speaker at various conferences and events at institutions including: Bloomberg, The Wing, Columbia University, Princeton University, Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, Bumble and Ladies Get Paid.
